Tom and his wife live on the St. Joe River, a moving current that doesn’t really freeze over much. We first met Tom and his wife at the Cottage and Lake Front Show in Detroit. At that time all he had was a concrete seawall that he built and poured himself. Along his seawall he had an aluminum fishing boat and pontoon style paddle boat, with old rubber tires hanging down the side as bumpers. After talking with Tom, we discovered he wanted a strong, well-built dock to be added as a boardwalk. After showing him the strengths and qualities of the Shoremaster Dock, including its legs and leg pockets compared to other brands. He and his wife immediately fell in love with all the features. Tom and his wife designed a 50’ boardwalk with four bumpers and seven pairs of LEDs. They also added a 10’ section straight out with a 3’ corner for the grandkids to run and jump off
